Back to where it all began! Lauren is so proud and excited to be back at DB where she grew up dncing. Lauren danced competitively until she was 19 and then went on to study Mustical Theatre at Sheridan College. Lauren is the proud owner of Studio Technique in Burlington specializing in Pilates Reformer classes and barre itness classes. Lauren is so excited to be on faculty at DB to share her combined love of fitness and dance!
