A native of Burlington, Ontario, Alexandra Golden began her training at age 3.  She was accepted to Canada’s National Ballet School full time program at age 9 and graduated in 1996. Alexandra immediately joined The National Ballet of Canada and was promoted to soloist. Alexandra has danced many roles ranging from corps de ballet to principle roles. She has shared the stage with Karen Kain, Rex Harrington and Evelyn Hart to name a few, and has toured extensively with NBoC. After retiring in 2010 she began teaching classical ballet and absolutely loves sharing her knowledge and experiences with her students.
